Refund Policy

Donations to Reeb Avenue Center for the Game Gives Back project are charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.

We will refund your donation if, within 30 days of the gift, you contact us about:

• a duplicate or accidental donation
• an incorrect amount (for example, an extra zero)
• an unauthorized use of your payment method

How to request a refund: email info@gamegivesback.org with your name, the email you used, the date, the amount, and your receipt number. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

When a donation is refunded, the matching tax receipt is voided and the gift is removed from the team total. If you've already filed a tax return claiming the deduction, please consult your tax advisor.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. That's usually the fastest way to resolve a problem.
